Strategy Session Package

Intensive Strategy sessions are an opportunity to work with me one-to-one, where I can answer your questions directly.

Whether you or your team need a second opinion, expert answers or just want to start a business journey on the right track in terms of your bookkeeping needs, these sessions are a great way to improve your knowledge and skills. In fact, a lot of the time, the work is carried out within the initial session, answers a lot of the unanswered questions you had (or questions you didn’t even know you had!)

In the session, we’ll discuss step-by-step exactly what you need to do in order to overcome your problem so you divert your efforts to doing what you do best, knowing you now have the best bookkeeping system in place to suit your business needs.

The Review & Systems Audit Session

The 1:1 Review Session & plan – €950 plus VAT

This is a session designed for business owners who already have some kind of system in place. Whether you or your team need a second opinion, expert answers or help to identify any “icks” in your existing systems, these sessions are a great way to improve your knowledge, skills and learn things you maybe didn’t even know were an issue. In fact, a lot of the time, the work is carried out within the session, which is a super time saver for you where you’ll leave feeling armed with info.

In the session, we’ll take a deep dive and go through step-by-step exactly what you need, your existing processes and your wish list. We will then go away, do a full review on your cloud based accountancy system to check how it’s all going and how it can be done better.

The Training & Evaluation Package

The complete training package in tax & correct bookkeeping procedures –  €POA

This primo package designed for the business owner that wants to ensure their bookkeeping and accounts administration team are absolutely top class.

Most business owners are amazing at what they do so rely on the person/people charged with the tasks of bookkeeping, payroll and Revenue reporting such as completing accurate VAT Returns are doing it perfectly. At the end of the day it’s always a case of “you just don’t know what you don’t know”. Often accounts staff lack direction and formal tax training which can lead to very expensive mistakes for the business/company.

In the initial session we will dig deep into how your business operates and the existing systems in place and where you would like to see improvements and better efficiencies. We will establish what needs improving and get a plan in place to commence training your staff in.
